To recognize outstanding achievements, this essay call sets up the following awards and prizes:
- Grand Overall Prize (1 recipient for Chinese entries & 1 for English entries): RMB 200,000 (before tax)Awarded to authors who have demonstrated exceptional performance in both ideological depth and the innovation of research paradigms.
- The "Aha" Award (8 recipients in total): RMB 50,000 (before tax)Awarded to authors who deliver the most surprising and highly enlightening insights, either in ideological depth or in the innovation of AI4H research paradigms. All award winners will be invited to present their cutting-edge research at the annual Fangtang Forum, and will also receive opportunities for recommendation to publish their achievements in core academic journals.
- Shortlisted Prize (number varies): Certificate of Award and access to a dedicated workshop.
This prize recognizes authors whose work offers meaningful explorations and experiments in AI4H research paradigms, demonstrating a degree of originality and pioneering insight. Winners will be invited to participate in a dedicated workshop with leading scholars in the AI4H field.
