IX. Warranty of Rights and Assumption of Liability

If the organizer incurs claims from third parties due to defects in the rights of the entries themselves, the participants shall bear corresponding liabilities in accordance with the law within the scope of their fault.

In the course of the organizer's reasonable use of the entries, if disputes arise from the unauthorized use or misapplication of the content of the entries by third parties, the organizer shall not be liable for any consequences arising therefrom.
