For the purpose of academic exchange and promotion as stipulated in this clause, the organizer may sub-license the right to use the submitted works to cooperating academic institutions, organizers of academic conferences or non-profit academic publishing platforms.
The organizer shall ensure that the aforesaid third parties comply with the relevant provisions of this clause regarding non-commercial use, protection of the right of authorship and no substantive adaptation when using the submitted works.
