The organizer shall have the right to make necessary format adjustments, technical processing or extract and cite the submitted works on the premise of not altering the core viewpoints and academic positions of the works, so as to meet the needs of different academic exchange or dissemination scenarios.
Except for the circumstances specified in the preceding paragraph, the organizer shall not make substantive adaptation or recreation of the submitted works, nor shall it conduct any act that may cause misunderstanding.
