Participants shall legally enjoy the complete copyright of the submissions they submit, including but not limited to the right of authorship, the right to modify, the right to protect the integrity of the work, and all property rights stipulated by law.
Unless otherwise agreed in this clause, the intellectual property rights of the submissions shall belong to the participants at all times. The organizer shall not obtain the ownership of the submissions by virtue of the essay competition.
