1. On submission devices: We recommend using a computer to submit your essay materials. Mobile devices may have compatibility issues that could cause the submission to fail.
  2. On article tags: Please refer to the Catalog of National First-Level Disciplines and assign no more than three disciplinary tags to your essay, so that the organizing committee can forward it to reviewers in the appropriate fields. If your essay is interdisciplinary or difficult to classify, please choose the tags based on the discipline from which you would most like your work to be reviewed.
  3. On video attachments: If the video file is too large, the submission page may become unresponsive during upload. In that case, you may first submit all other files as usual, and then send the video separately as an email attachment to the organizing committee.
  4. On submission confirmation: Once submitted, all materials will be treated as the final version and cannot be modified. Please review everything carefully before submission.
  5. On reporting issues: If you encounter any technical problems during the submission process, please promptly save screenshots or screen recordings and contact the organizing committee through the community group, email, or website discussion forum.
  6. On submission receipt: The organizing committee will send you a confirmation email within two weeks of receiving your essay. Please check your inbox accordingly.
